Website use

This website provides general information about E Tech Code, its services and projects. You must use it lawfully and must not attempt to affect its operation, security or availability.

Information and proposals

Website content does not by itself constitute a contractual offer. The scope, price, schedule, responsibilities and conditions of each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Referral program

Participation is governed by the essential conditions published on the Referral program page. In summary, the commission is 10% of the amount actually collected before applicable VAT, only on the first eligible project; it becomes payable 30 days after full payment if no refund or chargeback occurs. Attribution is first-touch through an anonymous code active for 90 days. Self-referrals, pre-existing opportunities, duplicates, fraud, spam and third-party registrations without their voluntary participation do not qualify. Personal tax or documentation obligations depend on the recipient’s circumstances; E Tech Code does not provide tax advice.

Intellectual property

The E Tech Code brand, website design and original content are protected. Client and project names, brands and images belong to their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio purposes.

This website may link to external services and projects. We do not control their availability, content, security or policies.

Availability

We seek to keep information current and the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absolute absence of errors.
