Controller identity and address

Erick Meneses, an individual operating under the trade name E Tech Code, based for privacy purposes in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico, is responsible for the processing described in this notice.

Information we may process

We may process name, role, company, email, telephone, website, business location, communication history and public information related to a company’s technology needs. We do not seek or require sensitive personal information.

Purposes

We use information to answer requests, prepare quotes or proposals, provide services, maintain business relationships, improve our processes, protect service security and meet applicable obligations.

Referral program

When someone requests to participate, we process their own identification and contact details, acceptance of terms, session and attribution references, and a random token that contains no personal information. We use them to validate and administer participation, activate and attribute referrals, communicate permitted milestones, calculate and manage commissions, prevent duplicates, abuse or fraud, and maintain audit records. We do not ask a promoter to provide a third party’s details: each referred person decides whether to complete the form with their own information and consent.

Source and consent

Information may be provided directly by the interested person or obtained through legitimate business sources and channels. Where required, we will request the necessary consent and retain evidence.

Providers and transfers

We may use infrastructure, email, automation, analytics and artificial intelligence providers acting on behalf of E Tech Code under security and confidentiality measures. We do not sell personal information.

Referral program retention

The attribution link remains active for 90 days. We retain necessary program records while it operates and afterward for the time reasonably required to administer payments, opt-outs, fraud prevention, applicable obligations and the defense of rights. Technology providers receive only the information required to perform their function.

Rights and contact

To request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or withdrawal of consent, email contacto@etechcode.com. We will review and answer the request according to applicable obligations.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures. We retain information only for the time required by the stated purposes, legal obligations or the defense of rights.
